There are two ways to join PUBS:

1. Opt-in to join as a General Body Member - no application needed

2. Apply to be on a specific Committee - application required

  • NO APPLICATION required!

    Just opt-in via PennClubs.

    • General Body Members can enjoy:

      1. Social events with the club

      2. Educational opportunities offered by the organization

      3. Speaker events and info sessions with key firms and alumni

    • APPLICATION REQUIRED.

      A new application cycle will open up at the beginning of the Spring 2025 semester. We look forward to seeing your applications then!

Club Recruitment Process

1. August/December

Explore this page to determine if you are interested in joining our organization. Recruitment will not yet be open so you have time to read about different opportunities.

2. August/December

Determine whether to join as a Committee or General Body Membership depending on your interest in our mission, your other involvements, and the level of commitment you are able to give to the organization.

3. September/January

4. September/January

Recruitment opens! Attend an Info Session to meet some of our Leadership Team and learn more. Dates will be posted on PennClubs.

Navigate to PennClubs and either "Opt-In" to join as a General Body Member OR complete the full application for a specific role on a Committee.

After Applying

Our Leadership team will determine which candidates will move on to the interview round. We will conduct one round of interviews and notify all prospective applicants of their status along the way.

Next Steps

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept all students into our limited Committee positions but there will be another opportunity to apply in the next cycle if you are still interested!
